*** Important | The form must be completed and the $ 15 fee paid before the start of the camp.

COVID-19 guidelines:

 

• Mask | Wear your mask when traveling

​

• Practice | Arrive at practice 10 minutes before, fully dressed and ready to begin

​

• Cloakroom | There will be no changing rooms open

​

• Parent Instructions | Parents will not be admitted in the gymnasiums, they will be able to accompany their child to the registration table (Do not forget your masks) and will be able to pick up their child at the end at the exit door.

​

• Hand Disinfection | Wash your hands with soap and water or disinfectant before practice

​

• Balloon | Bring your balloon and disinfect it before using it (there will be no balloon exchange allowed).

​

• Water Bottle | Bring your bottle of water (No sharing allowed).

​

• Equipment Disinfection | All equipment used will be disinfected prior to practice and hand sanitizer and wipes will be available as needed.

​

• Symptoms | If you are exhibiting symptoms of Covid 19, please stay home.
